Phase One: Claim house using a key

- Time: October 14, 2022 8:00 PM - October 21, 2022 8:00 PM (UTC+8)

- Who can participate in this cycle: Any wallet address that holds any one of Ruby Key / Silver Key / Copper Key

- What's the difference among the three keys:

- Ruby Key: Available throughout Phase One (October 14, 2022 8:00 PM - October 21, 2022 8:00 PM )

- Silver Key: Available 48 hours after Phase One opens (October 16, 2022 8:00 PM - October 21, 2022 8:00 PM )

- Copper Key: Available 96 hours after Phase One opens (October 18, 2022 8:00 PM - October 21, 2022 8:00 PM ) (UTC+8)

Phase Two: Dutch Auction

- Time: October 21, 2022 8:00 PM - October 28, 2022 8:00 PM (UTC+8)

- Who can participate in this cycle: Everyone

- Rules: Those not claimed RiverEstates during phase one will be listed on Opensea using dutch auction.

Phase Three: Unsold RiverEstate Transfer

- Time: TBA - Who can participate in this cycle: Only Rivermen Team

- Rules: After the auction ends in Phase Two, RiverEstates that have not been sold will be sent to address of Rivermen Team.

Phase Four: Treasure Auction

- Time: TBA

- Who can participate in this cycle: Everyone

- Rules: Rivermen team will list several RiverEstates with high rarity and large size on Opensea. It is an ascending auction, which means RiverEstate will sell to the highest bidder.
